Dear God, Are you still here?

Despite My Doubt

This is the image my Grandmother had in an old picture frame on the wall of our home growing up…

For “believers” and non-believers the debate over Jesus, what his mission was and who he is relative to GOD’s only son, etc… has been and will always be ongoing! Personally my spiritual evolution has taken me to a place of self-reliance and even though I have never really made it a point to pray to Jesus, I have had a few powerful experiences that despite my current dogmas or lack thereof are real just the same.

One time I felt so alone, so trapped, and my situation at that moment in time was so seemingly impossible that I called upon Jesus for help and before the words even left my mouth it was like the clouds parted and an instant, as well as amazing, resolution came so powerfully into my reality that I am still awe-struck by it today!

What I would like to do is “Praise Jesus” for his genius and for his ability to see beyond sight. His decisions that led him to the cross made an impression that will last throughout time whether you believe it or not! The story itself is so powerful that everyone knows it and most everyone in the world respects Jesus! By his choices Jesus created a lasting impression on mankind and to think he was a victim is idiotic at best! As for me personally I love and respect Jesus and I deeply appreciate his help the few times I have asked for it! For me the “realness” of this cannot be explained away nor would I want it to be!

I think this is such a great example of how Jesus can come through, even if you don’t know him. Just say his name, and he will be there! :)
